I just want to say that I am getting in to the cycling mode… just bought a folding bike and am planning to use it whenever I can. Also will buy a exercise bike for the home so I can still ride a bike during the rainy winter days.
Cycling as little as 30 minutes a day will reduce heart disease significantly…. knowing my family history, I should get that rolling. It is also a way (I hope) to get my husband to exercise during rainy months too.
